The Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Logística is the owner of this website,
through which exploits the products and services shown hereby.
In relation to services available to users through this website, all data is
kept in the strictest confidence in accordance with current legislation. The
Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Logística meets this legislation regarding
the protection of personal data of its customers, suppliers and others related
and general users, and maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with the
provisions of the Spanish Law, and specifically in Law 15/99 of 13 December 1999
on Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, approving
the regulation on security measures for automated files containing personal data
and as provisions in the Law of Services of the Information Society and
Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002 of 11 July) and other applicable regulations.
The Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Logística hereby undertakes to respect
the confidentiality and to use the personal data collected in this website in
accordance with the purpose of the file, and to comply with its obligation to
keep it and adopt all measures to avoid alteration, loss, or unauthorized
access, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures
for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999
of 11 July.
Users can at any time exercise their rights under the Law 15/1999, and in
particular the rights of consultation, access, rectification, cancellation and
opposition under the terms of the Data Protection Act and other regulations that
develop it, whenever relevant, by addressing a signed document to the controller
and owner of the files where their personal data are registered: Association for
the Development of Logistics, Destro Building, Room 112 - A1, 46980 Paterna,
Valencia, enclosing a photocopy of their national identity document or, where
appropriate, a passport photocopy.
