<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestro asociado <strong>VYGON, S.A.U.</strong>, empresa ubicada en el Fuente del Jarro (Paterna) necesita <strong>URGENTE</strong> un <strong>RESPONSABLE DE OPERACIONES.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Based in Valencia at our "Optimistic Building" we are looking for an experienced and motivated "Responsable de Operaciones" to join our team. You will be responsible of a team of 12 people spread over 4 departments:</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">• Supplies • Warehouse • Sales administration • Public tenders</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"></p>

Perfil Puesto

<p style="text-align: justify;">"Responsable de Operaciones" <strong>duties and responsibilities.</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy • Manage the sales administration department • Collaborate with Sales team • Determine key supply chain KPIs • Suggest solutions for process improvements • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner • Train and evaluate others • Provide constructive feedback • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The company offers the employee</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">• Life Training for personal and professional development. • Package of life and work balance that make Vygon a Family-Responsible Company (EFR) and a habitually named as one of the best companies to work for in Spain.</p>

Requerimientos

<p style="text-align: justify;">"Responsable de Operaciones" <strong>requirements and qualifications</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">• Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 5 years • Hands on experience with supply chain management software • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential. French language skills desirable</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos similares.</p>
